New concept of auto drain valve you’ve never experienced!!
Because old piston type compressor contains much oil in condensate and has much foreign bodies including rust stain, it’s not easy to use auto drain valve.
However, due to special condensate discharging structure, it is excellent for even condensate which has much oil and foreign bodies.
1. Condensate Discharging Structure
Because generally in floating ball type drain valve, its nozzle opens as much as generating condensate, it can be blocked regardless of the size of nozzle hole.
The nozzle of this drain valve is not opened as much as generating condensate, but makes complete open temporarily at certain point by gathering certain amounts of condensate. Therefore, because every foreign body is rapidly discharged to complete opening nozzle space by pressure, it has no blocking.
